Also I'm alright with you copying their abilities, but an instant power increase that matches all of their stats is a bit much don't you think? So...problem? I don't see it. It's not making him more powerful or even AS powerful as SHJ, and the only reason he stands a chance is because of his Ifrit power...

Then why were you so against him being kicked into a wall during a counter attack from SHJ and temporarily stunned as his Ifrit form came into direct contact with elemental Ice Magic from a shaman trained by the legendary yeti.

In my book My characters have been beaten to within an inch of their lives and almost killed several times. It's good story telling, as long as they don't die, or at least had a fighting chance I don't really mind.
