Wouldn't that make him drastically overpowered?

I thought it would be more like a black cat unluckiness effect rather than an instant kill stare.

Okay I already reposted the mission notice, so here's the order

My post goes first as it was the first one to see Jack. Then Zale two posts need to be merged, moving the dangerous solo comment back to the beggining. Then Wulf's post about his scrying crown. Next it's philotes. Although there may be some fleshing out by me. portraying Jacks actions
