I honestly don't know why this didn't get made some time before. Never crossed my mind until just this convo with Savior today.
Anyhow, it's up now. So let the convo begin! What's you favorite Sims game? Your favorite expansions? Your favorite game features? Do you have a family that you made, that you'd like to share stories about? All conversation, all questions, comments and concerns quite welcome. Not to mention, Sims original art and fan art. I'll start.

See, Shad you do need me! Anyway, Savior has been bored so much she's referring to herself in third person. So since in four days, Savior will be done with high school FOREVER! SCHOOL"S OUT FOREVER! COLLEGE STARTS AUGUST 17th!!
I want to do a Sims challenge because why not so. http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/362585.page Pick a challenge and I'll do it. Please note I only have the Sims 3 base game and the Sims 3 Generations Expansion Pack on my laptop so don't pick anything that involves vampires or zombies and such because I currently don't have them in game and Savior doesn;t do that download foolishness... So pick my lovelies~

Twenty six generations?? Doable I suppose. I could shorten the lifespan setting to speed stuff up. Not my first choice. Any others?

Might take some genetics planning, but overall, fairly easy, right?

I'll do something simple. Party theme, and dancing theme. Is that doable?

Roxanne Starr lived a charmed life. She inherited her uncle Trick's old house complete with fully stocked bar, indoor water fountain, and night club. Sure Uncle Trick Starr didn't leave her a dime and she had to pay off his debts, but Roxie still could live it up. All she had to do was get a job and maybe a roommate and those bills would be gone in no time. And a soon as she can get on her feet, it'd be party time. Why wait! Let's celebrate in style! To the dance floor!

I guess so. It took me an hour to make that house. And some parts look awesome but they cost so much that other parts are kinda meh. The kitchen, dining room, and night club were's costly so by the time I got to the bed room I couldn't decorate so there's just a really nice bed in there. I'm gonna play till I tire out. Take a few screenshots and see where it takes me. She needs to get a job fast cuz those bills are gonna be HIGH. Hmm, this will be interesting. She has the Rebellious, Daredevil, Party Animal, and Mooch traits with a Family Oriented Trait.

Work in Sim Valley is surprisingly easy to come by. Roxie got a sweet gig in the music industry. A fan. That's right, she was getting paid to be a groupie. It doesn't get much better than that. The pay is low and the hours are kinda weird, but c'est la vie. It won't pay off any debts but that salary will keep the fridge full of leftover pizza and take out. If Roxie's going to make it big she has to start small. Build a reputation before taking the world by storm. Also, actually learning to play guitair wouldn'r hurt. Luckily Uncle Trick left behind his prized possession: Lucille the World's Sexiest Guitair. Uncle Trick loved this thing. He would spend hours making up songs just for you. He'd sing a song about gambling and then take you to straight to the race track, Good ole Uncle T. Roxie took Lucille out of her back pack and started to practice. She was decent. Not a prodigy or anything but she didn't completely suck. A few of the neighborhood kids came around to watch. They'd probably never seen a real life rock star in training/ Better give the kids something to brag about at school the next day. A few hours in and Roxie had a crowd. No one was cheering or dancing. Everyone was watching. Roxie wasn't nervous. "If you got an audience, you're either messin up or showin up. Either way, don't be afraid. Unless the cops come. Then be cautious and try to act sober." Uncle Trick's ancient words of wisdom came flooding into Roxie's head. Man, she missed him. Roxie played for a few more hours until...Thorton Wolf passed out. Okay, weird. Apparently, he was so impressed he fainted from sheer exposure to awesomeness. Or maybe he was narcoleptic. The crowd didn't seem too worried. Roxie was new to this place, maybe this was normal. Guys passing out in the streets was probably a part of life. No wonder Uncle Trick liked this place. He could get drunk, pass out in the gutter, and be safe from judgement. Roxie could get used to this.

A few things. First angling the camera so the plumbob doesn't show is tricky. Also, I'm going to start using second person in the narrator and use "You" instead of Roxanna cuz it feels more natural somehow. So yeah. I'm at school!!!
I GOT HOMEWORK AND TEST YEAH!

After a quick meal at the cheaper of the two restaurants you run into one of SimValley's most notable citizens. Cornelia Goth. Weirder than Morticia Addams and twice as rich. Uncle T told you about the Goth's when he used to visit you in Veronaville. "The Goths," he'd begin "The richest and strangest Sims on the planet. They dress in black, hang out with vampires, and make paper planes out of hundred simoleon bills. They have their family cementary in the backyard. People say it's filled with ghosts and I'm inclined to believe them. Don't worry Little Rocker, the Goths are harmless. Kind and generous, some of the most decent people you'll come across. Still, I don't think they're all there." Ten years later, you found yourself listening to Cornelia talk about how well her Black Widows were doing. "Enid is still being picky about her food. She just won't eat mosquitoes only flies. And don;t get me started on the tarantulas. Mortimer adores them but I'm not a fan of their web patterns," Cornelia ranted. She had that chipper, sunshine Girl Scout aura around her. You find that mildly disconcerting. As she listen to Cornelia's foolishness an idea forms in your head. She's rich. You're broke. You have debts. She has money. What did Uncle T call it? The long con?
