I had to let my mom use this computer, but fortunately, I'm back. Shouldn't be long before I finish this here post, so be patient with me. Working on the next idea even as I type this.

They are alien robots. Made up of a whole hodge-podge of different metals. Some are made of steel and titanium, while others hold together as magically animated stone or wood. The artificially-intelligent ones tend to range from ordinary human intelligence to human genius. Anything particularly impressive as far as brainpower and brawn lies way ahead.

It would go after the power it wanted before it was imprisoned. Since that power is now surrounded by Robots it would probably trash them to get to it...

So I have a couple of quick questions about the current scenario. I just realized that I might be able to pull off something totally magnificent depending on the answers.

1. Wulf: Is the Technari's machine control an ability that one of them has, and is it all coming from the same source or is there one controller on each planet? What's its range?

2. Phi: Am I actually at Kethencia or is this some sort of approximation and I'm still on Aeon? Or am I somewhere else?

This unsealing thing is far more sudden than I had planned. Billy was at least hoping he'd have time to call everyone in first, send out notes inviting everyone to a "Kethenecia College Magic Reunion Celebration." Of course, considering the party going on there's nothing saying that Zaubar or Asoka aren't here already, hint hint nudge nudge.

I seriously don't want to undermine the efforts of everybody else in order to make Billy steal the spotlight, I want them to strike their own blows against the big bad. Have taking down the big guy and his last apostle be a group effort.

Technopathy is an ability that ALL Technari robots (native Technari, and assimilated) possess. However, their ranks are various in power, like a league of telepaths. For the most part, they can 'telepathize' technology, scanning information, uploading, downloading, etc. But not control. Even any viruses they unleash within enemy tech, are for the purpose of subjecting other machines to TECHNARI control, not their own personal whims.

The only ones capable of taking control of other machines are high-ranking officers. That includes any robot in a lead position for Motherboard Prime (ex: Optimus Prime, Megatron, Vexus, as well as Motherboard Prime's top right-hand henchmen, but not XJ-9, Gir or Astro-Boy or anyone like that).

In addition to that, the technopathic control is varied in range. There are multiple on-planet AND off-planet apparatuses (which will be very difficult to even find, let alone destroy); these emit weak technopathic interfaces, allowing 'lesser robotic minds' to be controlled, while stronger-willed robots such as Optimus Prime, Megatron and Ultron would require physical contact (or in the case of Motherboard Prime's superior technopathic assaults, at least relatively close distance)

I'm just going to say that if the seal isn't visible then it's not possible that Knight could have copied what it looked like down in his notebook.
