Correct.

If a Protagonist requires training to master something, then everyone else sure will need some also.

Exactly as marv said, I'm not the protagonist, I don't need to be liked, I don't need character developenent, and I can get killed off at any time. If I want to spend half the RP trying to reign the skill in why can't I.

You don't always need a master to train you in an art, case in point those who develope a technique in the first place. All you have to do is trial and error.

Because if you get to potent, then you'll gravitate to Protagonist.

Or an Ace.

My only issue with this is the fact that in the story it comes from, it's not exactly the most easily controlled power.

And I'm sure that the scientists would have drugged anyone with that level of destructive capabilities into insensibility.

I'm pretty sure they kept every one drugged if that were the case.

It can eat through practically everything.

That's up there with destructive potential.

Yeah,in that case i'd probably stay a nuetral in this Rp. I'm surprised you hadn't commented on the second power though.

So the main problem with Melchsees door is the destructive potential and the fac that it is pretty uncontrollable in it's larger forms....but actually it's control should be no more different than the regular Aura ball techniques.

You enjoy making up technical terms, don't you?

Re: The Patient Files

I didn't make it up, a while ago i went on this speel of looking up telekinesis and paranormal and the like and apparently an ability for control is the Aura ball also known as the psi ball. In which you take a bit of ambient energy from the air, couple it with your own, and form it into a simple shape, mostly just orbs or in some cases cubes. From there you can input commands and make it do whatever you want.

Why is it overkill, and if so what should the second power be then.
