Neo's people now have psychic powers and can't reproduce with any other races.

Any fertility deity may be miffed at him for doing so.  

We may or may not have the gods of Celestial Objects (Sun, Moon, Stars) be NPCs.

Neo wants to make a god of power/force.

I'm going to make some more underworld deities for Ahmret (The god of the dead).

The Miscreas' automated defenses around their main city should be more than enough to keep out the riff raff.

This may be the last domain that is not a specialization of one of your domains or explicitly connected to one of those that you may get.

Mostly because you cover more bases than everyone else.

Are you sure this is the one you want?

Because unless other people object, after this your choices in making gods will be rather restricted.

Only specializations or very close connections.

While that is true, most other things I would choose would either be rejected, fall under others domains,  or are just not what I would want. For instance, would you approve of a god of change? Attributes? If you approved of those I might change my choice but otherwise I can work under my current domains once this new one is made.
