I'd be more comfortable if you started with a balanced race Greenday, then introduced sub-races with slightly different stats.

A Martial caste with less culture and knowledge but more martial, etc..

I would make them more well-rounded by giving them 2 points in, let's say, culture and knowledge for the martial one, knowledge and martial for the culture one, and martial and culture for the knowledge one. If need be I can do the back-up plan which explains why they have those super-high stats.
