Needless to say, after entering the euphoric state and hearing the thoughts of criminals, and crazy people and superhumans and perverts and occultists for miles around, he never touched the stuff again.

-Telekinetic Development: Paco's telekinesis is about sufficient to knock a person back, or break through glass, but not much more. It is stronger, but less controllable when he is angry or afraid.

-Discovery: Dominic gained his telepathy because he got lost and wanted to find where his escort was. Needless to say he found him. This happened when he was still a little kid.
-Additional Gift: Long Distance Telepathy{and Telekinesis}(Can access the mind of anyone within a large city--though he has to swim through the minds and isolate them)
-Telekinetic Development: Can only lift a feather or turn on or off light switches but like his long distance telepathy his effective range for telekinesis also encompasses a city allowing him to do things like flip on and off light switches from long distances away or kill someone by dropping poison into their mouth--however when he panics his telekinesis fails--so he mainly uses this power for less serious things like playing pranks on people such as the above mentioned flipping on and off light switches trick
