Supernatural Classification System

Is anyone here familiar with dangerous goods classes? I have decided to make one for the supernatural:
1. Tactile:
1a. Effects appear on contact.
1b. Effects disappear on contact.
1c. Effects change on contact.
2. Sentient: Is sentient. Can think for itself.
3. Living: A living organism of some kind.
3a. Organism following standard biology and recognizable as living.
3b. Foreign biology. May not seem to be alive to unaware individuals.
4. Self replicating: Capable of duplicating itself to some extent given certain conditions.
5. Indestructible: Difficult or impossible to destroy, either at all or simply through standard means.
5a. Unusually resistant to destruction. May be vulnerable to destruction, but abnormally resistant for material/s involved.
5b. Completely immune to normal destruction except specific circumstances.
5c. Completely immune to mundane destruction. Still able to be destroyed through supernatural means.
5d. Indestructible by all means.
6. Transfiguring: Alters object, the environment and people. Mainly applies to the capability to change organisms.
7. Chaotic: Behavior and properties are impossible to predict. May frequently display new capabilities.
8. Observer Sensitive: Can react to observation. Must be constantly observed. If negative, must not be observed.
9. Infohazard: Knowledge of subject is capable of changing behavior. Knowledge of subject must be kept from any individuals.
10. Desirable: Effects may persuade individuals to make use of object.
11. Extraterrestrial. Likely not supernatural, simply otherworldly.
12. Temporal-spatially displaced. Out of correct time and or/place.
13. Possessive. Attempts to extend effect into new bodies or forms. Likely also a 2. Attempts may include overwriting minds, raising corpses from the dead and reincarnation.
14. Psionic. Has psionic capabilities. Often paired with 2 or 3.
15. Superpowered. Has superorganism capabilities, capabilities not normally found in it's species unable to be explained by mundane science. Also includes objects bestowing said capabilities on individuals. Needless to say, often found paired with a 2 or 3.
16. Hostile. Attempts to predictably cause serious harm.
17. Disease causing. Causing medical problems. Often a 3.
18. Uncontainable. Unable to be controlled.
18a. Escapes containment.
18b. Advisable not to be contained.
19. Miscellaneous.

Note that standard warnings would be used for appropriate objects. If you have sentient oil, it would classify as a flammable liquid as well as a 2 on this list. Keep in mind that if things change, the class may to, such as an 18 losing it's status if discovered to  be contained in, say, lead. When designing an object, state the class/es involved, then state the actual effects. Any not covered here (or if a lot are getting 19), I shall add more.  Enjoy!

I am considering editing this or at least expanding it. I also welcome anyone to come up with images for them following the theme of what they are based upon.

Might also clean some out.  
For example I wonder if 2, 3 or 19 really justify a warning.

Consider if it would be worth & possible to create a warning sign for the class.
