Theif. Rat people= enhanced strength speed, human intelligence, and agility, giant humanoid rats.
Plan for fight, Marv Begins fight with theif, Marv plans on fighting him, rat focuses on escaping, capable of super strength, after fight, during which you are unable to catch a glimpse of him he should escape into the sewers. Leave bug behind, his character will be kidnapped by a second, one after you run after the first, most likely after being knocked out. Outside it is most likely raining as the city is crossing a thick cloud bank. during a thunderstrike it would be nice to catch a glimpse of the creature before it escapes, presumably into the sewers. After that you can either launch a solo mission, or gather the other ones to rescue bug....I have a bit of a plan for them using him to power their weapons to launch an attack to take over the city.  There are several dozen of these things underground in the sewer system, enough to make a small army.

By the way, the average height is about eight feet tall, but since their usually hunched it's only around six and a half. They like to make use of their whip like tail in fights, and their pretty much masters of Par core when they need to be.

Yes and yes. I'm slower but stronger. The effects vary depending on the matierial.

Fare enough. Well the story can't really continue unless either me or bug post his ambush, and subsiquent kidnapping, unless you want to continue the chase.
