Yep, what power scale are you considering using, and we also have to discuss the free will factor which will make using ultimate authority on living creatures harder., unless it's simple orders to large groups.

I was considering using the developing scale. At first I could only do basic commands(only movements) on objects the size of a car and below, and work my way up from there. If I was doing a command to effect someone's mind then free will would make it much harder, and crushing free will would be on the advanced level, but commands that affect them like "move" or "warp" wouldn't take free will into consideration.

It would be a medium level command but could power up at more advanced levels. Unless I specify or will a specific warp then it is completely random. An example of a willed warp and a random warp(in that order) will be given below.

"Warp"(Willed to make them more powerful). Person warps to have defined muscles and their power is increased from medium pyrokinesis to a high power version capable of easily burning down buildings.

"Warp"(Random). Person go's through several distortions before changing into a completely black(literally) being with no features that emits a white glowing which changes matter into a different form.

Ah, I orignally thought that you meant physically warping an object or teleportation, that sounds about right. Any ideas for a random enemy?

Warp will do only physical warping at my beginning level, but would change to the things described at a medium power level. What do you mean by random enemy? One I would make?

Yes, but not until later on, once we get to that part of the story it would be a major part of the RP.

No, we wouldn't be the only ones gifted with powers, and as such there will be several super powered enemies and events mixed in with the average Chaos. So far we've got a guy who's going to flood the city in man eating plants, and a Person who will turn buildings into animated golems.

"Warp." sounds a bit like how I would use "heighten"

Oh a guy with water powers that mimic spider man would be cool. Like he would have all of spidermans web powers in water form, but none of spidermans other powers.

Right before I forget, don't rule out deformed mutants as a result of their powers as well.

How about someone who can  create spiritual links with people he touches or gets close to(emotionally), unless you consciously defend against it. He could control people through them and transfer his soul into anybody connected, his power and consciousness would develop in the person he transferred to.
