No, this is actually really old. I just wanted to get some more recent thoughts on it.
Not to mention, you may get some ideas for different genres which need developing. This would be the place to do it.

I'd sort of like to see New Beginning played out to different genres.

Well, now that I think of it, we've gone through comedy. And sci-fi. And fantasy. Though, perhaps upcoming arcs can be more structured in those fashions, somehow.
Not to mention, horror, thriller, suspense/mystery, (not) Western, action/adventure, noir, etc, etc. Eh, it may or may not work out. Just thought I'd throw the idea out there.

How do you have a mystery when those involved are, collectively, sixth-tenths of the way to omniscience?

 Same way we suspended disbelief for a whole arc, to face numerous threats we could easily have otherwise pummeled to nothingness, on the vaguest of whims?
