Do you think it is overpowered? It simply attacks Con Negation, not harming the powers except for reviving cons deactivated by Con Negation (and no other power). It wears off when the target walks out of range.

 I was going to use that power to do SOOO many fun things. Now I have to aquire space powers, chaos powers, and entropy powers seperateley instead of in one neat little package that I could use to destroy entire empires.

No worries. It's definitely non-gendered. Some just don't like that concept though, because it makes them maybe think of it being hermaphroditic, so they assign it a gender. It has none though, to be sure.
