==Cancun==
In all the chaos, the thinker and the bassist could scarcely imagine what to do. Fliers fell abruptly in the pair's path, screamers could hardly brave their fear to muster up whimpering cries, and kinetics had no idea where to aim their abilities. All manner of normals and supers alike fled aimlessly into hiding, and those who stood to fight would have to stand up against a hail of bright green bolts, thrown with deadly precision.
Unfortunately, Ben and Francesca would find themselves pushing closer toward the girl who was wreaking all the havoc. They couldn't afford to get separated from Byne in all the madness.
"Byne!" Francesca cupped her hands to her mouth, "BYNE!"
Ben looked all around, hoping to make out Byne from a sea of distraught and dismayed faces, "Byne! If you can hear me, follow the sound of my--!"
Francesca whipped around, when Ben's voice was cut off mid-sentence. Where she hoped she would see Ben, she only saw a replicator and his gang of dupes hurrying by. From the tangle of panic, Ben's hand reached futilely, his calling voice mumbled by their own frenzied outcries.
Francesca's eyes widened. She nearly ran to help him, but would be stopped in her tracks by another voice.
"Francesca! Come get me!" Byne's voice was frantic, "Oh, my God! Come help! Sh-she's dead! She's dead!!!"
