Alright, this will take the portal network to pull a city into our dimension, unless you simply want a teleporter to our universe anyone can use there.

Anyways, I amplify the portal with my enhanced powers (boosted through several means in secret) to move the city. It's still exhausting pulling something that large through the multiversal barrier for the first crossing of said barrier with any such cargo, but it is done.

Now, where do you want me to put it? It's in geostationary orbit over the Sahara Desert if you want it to return to it's home turf. It has several Abjuration wards around it allowing it to retain it's atmospheric conditions.

Hehe...it's clever. I've had some machines in the past myself, and I'm typically disposed to acronymize them as well.

Like GVSI which was devised (I think) as some malicious superweapon by some baddies we had to fight once.

GVSI= Geonomial Virus Sequence Inducer (small handheld device that wirelessly connects to every computer on the net and delivers loads and loads of malware and viruses)
