Well it's hard to tell exactly.  She's got enough power to defend and entire planet and still be able to process information at an astounding rate. Mostly she doesn't use her power because she is programmed for defense and research. So it's impossible to say what here upper limits are.

At Traxxon, we have a lord of Pain (Tearra), lord of murder (Phonm), and lord of war (Ares).  Although, each is destructive,powerful, and super intelligant.
