Fine, you wanna get smart? I can be facetious, too.

Gengunavia dissipates into atoms, and reforms herself into the same number of clones as Jester, before delivering a telekinetic blast to each of them.

the clones warp the telekinetic blast by bending space and cause it to implode in on itself towards the Geng clones, while simultaneously releasing pure energy in order to contantly race the temperature of the area by ten degrees every second. Also if she just dissipated into attoms without drawing in more matter, they would each bee one fourth her original size.

I shift the cosmic strings so gravitons form and I direct them below her so as too inhibit her movement. I then deactivate parts of reality to prevent attacks aimed from our immediate environment at us.

She did draw in more matter. Duh.

And from that attack, she gets blown back. Stumbling to gain her ground, she decides that something must be done a bit more subtly. She puts her hand on the ground and psychically imprints a thousand encyclopedias' worth of information on everything touching the ground within a mile. If anyone touches it, they'll instantly be inundated by the information (and won't remember any of it when they're done).

Perceiving the essence of the information, Gengunavia puts up a quantum-physical field that allow the information to materialize under her psychic control. Fortified with her psychic energy, she now has a pet dragon, a tangible lightning bolt like Zeus, a giant basilisk, a frisbee-sized black hole and a few other dangerous items in her control.
