The trees like strange gravity even less. The second largest trees uproot on purpose, and let themselves drift in the strange gravity to meet up with Phi and his comrades.

The next room is somewhat less nice than the previous. The gravity shifts every few seconds. It shifts intensity and direction. So, one second, one may stand on the ground, and the next, one could be levitating, or too heavy to stand on the ground, or too heavy to stand on the ceiling, or gravitated to the wall...or facing a rapid gravitational vortex loop.

I decrease my mass to nearly zero and wrap myself in a veil of destruction energy and continue forward.

 The room lowers to absolute zero around Zale, placing him in temporal and molecular stasis.

Then it cocks back a nasty jagged ice club to clock the hell out of the Inuit impostor.

I create metal spikes to pin into the trees, but most of the fighting is done by Shadow who, using the darkness that he had already created in the room, battles multiple trees with shadowy blades.

Now the environment you're facing is a mountaintop.)

The rocky mountainside itself shifts to impale Marv and bat Marv around with hateful clubs. The air is thin, the floor is stony and unsteady, and shifts to produce caves and stalactites and stalagmites.

The winds whip up again, and mounds of snow melt into frigid torrents.

Try using a blow dryer and an ice pic to fend off a tidal wave of colder-than-Jack-Frost's-jockstrap water.

I levitate into the air to avoid falling into the caverns and chasms and proceed to return blows with the mountain with metal fisted punches.

I manage to melt myself enough to create a few stars the size of minivans.

(Any of your characters use magic?)

The plants are angry. But, they aren't quite powerful enough to do anything permanently damaging about it.

Little by little they diminish in number, reduce in speed of regeneration, and finally are reduced to batting back attacks without getting in any of their own.

They don't have long before they tap out to be returned to Arboralia and Safaria. Though not permanent, death is not a fun prospect, and they had every intention to avoid it.

Adamantium, titanium, steel, iron...even amalgams of those and others.
