"Weather you say? Lets see what I have that fits that." I say as I continue to use Lightning Mastery.

"See the thing about this technique is not the strength of the lightning it produces, but the quantity."  Lightning bolts form out of the purple energy surrounding me and sprout out of every available section of space on my soul sphere and the cloud expanding out from it.
