It will be near Kethencia then. It would be a small town with some of the inhabitants of NA living there, with a Gate back to NA, among other things. Beware though, if something bad comes within a mile-radius of it, the armada and space squids will begin firing on it. Other than anything in Kethencia, that's your jurisdiction.
