Corundum is a 9 on the Mohs Hardness Scale..

And dense for a crystal.

For anyone that still cares...

The main story that will happen here is the character will be traveling across the planet looking to escape Mal and here ever expanding forces. Her army grows as she steals the powers of each miscreant and makes them her puppets.

This RP seems pretty ready to start whenever the time comes.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

With only three characters I doubt it will be up-voted on the Queue so it'll be a long while before then.

Is there anything I can set up on my character while we wait?

Do we ever get alternate powers like Marv/Mal

Not much else to do except maybe define your characters personality and job.

We'll see about alternate power later in the RP. Mal had them because of the dark planet and Marv had them from a particular accident involving his escape from the planet.

So do all miscreants have a body like the one you drew recently?

I was thinking that my character could have bone stubs poking out of his body permanently due to a painful experiment. Since they are already poking out, he can manipulate them. He couldn't create more bones out of his body though unless he went through the process of creating the initial stub first and healing the area the stub pokes out of.

Miscreants come in many different forms due to being the embodiment of their given element. They could potentially look similar to Marv.

That sounds fine for your character.

right so, it may be beneficial for everyone to pick a job. this will help distinguish each character since they all have similar powers.

I might be a dowser (water-locator) or something.

I've been thinking of a mad scientist feel for my character, but I suppose it would make sense for him to be a doctor on the side, or a gravedigger.

I have none. I think this is fairly simple enough, while also retaining my interest.

Well, you can always vary it up.

Like, say, my stone, Aquamarine. Based on magical semantics, it could actually be used to bestow water-based abilities.

Or ruby might bestow the ability to generate red energy, for blasts, constructs, etc.

That might help our powers vary enough.

Or we could just use our powers in unique ways.

Some types of minerals lend themselves to certain things.

Copper could be used to divert electrical blasts.
