I'm thinking of making a rp based off of the mystery hypster cops that's going to be a mix between time patrol, Dr. Who, and Psyche. Looking for ideas, opinions, and conspiracy theories.

I'm not sure about this. It doesn't quite seem like something you could effectively run in a Roleplay format. How exactly did you plan on running this?

without giving to much away, basically each mission will be controlled by me as a gm where your goal as mystery hypster cops will be to insert yourselves into the background of relevant events in fictional history, and make sure that certain things go the way they're supposed to be, without being discovered by the various heroes, government agencies, and villains. Sort of like inter dimensional Illuminati.

I once pitched a similar idea on /tg/, though mine was about moving into a setting and removing Mary Sues and other forces that corrupted fiction.

I have a soft spot for meta stuff like this.
