Well, ya said something about mystical objects and heroes, right?

Yes..

But, the heroes would have to prove themselves/become heroes first.

I mean, would you want to entrust some random person with getting a super-potent item for you?

Noooo.....

So! Shall we issue forth some monstrous beasties or other nameless horrors, for the heroes/heroines to prove themselves against?

Hehe, sounds like a plan

And I'm assuming the monsters are of our own creation?

By that you mean?....

The immortals would most like set up dangers for their heroes to fix.

I already have a few creations that I can drag over from the previous ones, and maybe a few elements, maybe I can make Kaen my hero or something then. Can the god's be highly interactive?

That's up to the god's personality.

Some of them would be closer than others.

Re: Lords of Creation

jester_of_god
.........what type of hero would the god of Vanity, and "beauty" have...I'm guessing some incredibly vain humanoid with golden skin and near perfect athletic abilities that is probably pretty vain, and somewhat snobbish, arrogant, and most likely dim witted. probably mid twenties, everlasting youth or whatnot.

Corpathiyan

Patron God
Ahmret

Appearance
Like many of the races, they are humanoid in appearance. Corpathiyans are given to being slim and have somber features. Their pale skin is often compared to that of corpses. They have very brightly colored eyes that almost seem to glow. Most of them wear light colored clothing while in their own cities, though they universally wear black outside of them due to some obscure religious law. Regardless of color, Corpathiyan clothing is almost always think and covers a great deal of skin.

Physiology
Corpathiyans are physically inept. Frail, Weak and with little endurance, They stand no threat with normal weapons. They have skin that is highly sensitive to sunlight. Their senses, however, are very acute.
Despite these weaknesses, The Corpathiyans do have one great strength. They have a very strong spirit and an abundance of willpower. These would be formidable alone, but together, they give them a great deal of magical strength. Almost all Corpathiyans can use magic, at least in limited form. The ones who have a great deal of talent in the use of magic are often feared by normal mages- and even entire cites.

Psychology
These are easily one of the most passive and sedentary peoples in the known universe. A Corpathiyan may live and die without ever going more than a mile from where they were born. In combat, they are always receptive. They wait for others to strike and then deflect the blow. Never attacking first.
They are also highly devout. At least half of the population is part of some monastic order or philosophical school, even if the number of true clerics can be measure with two hands. The government of their empire is a theocracy, rules by monks, priests, cultists and acolytes.

It's all fun and games until a necromancer rips someone's soul out.
