Thus Cloakundetect= Prevention of detecting a cloaked subject/object/structure.

Well, if you read the whole statement, it mentions a "black bag". I'm guessing BB stands for "Black Bag"; and since Hadoken is the equivalent of some attack, BB Hadoken would imply an attack (hadoken-style) coming out of some "black bag", whatever that means.

And for some reason, he's asking for maximum payload on mushrooms. I would assume that mushrooms imply some source of power (trust me, Mario logic has yet to fail me). This implies he's asking for a price estimate on some power he intends to use.

Now all you need to know is who who the Chess Master is, who the "stereotypical warriors of light" are, and how much power he intends to use, in order to decipher his plot.

Traditionally, to "Black Bag" someone is to kidnap them. The black bag refers to the bag you slip over their head so that they can't see you or where they are being taken.

Do you want Tirion to go to Tier Three? Or do you not want to use so many of Kagehana's abilities yet?

I would like to see his Tier 3 yes, as for revealing Kagehana's abilities, well you've seen a good amount. Elemental magics, shadow magic, and shadow transportation. There are a few more magics that she can use, but I'll be holding knowledge of that for now unless you absolutely can push her to use them. Kagenobara really won't be used in this round as anything more than a basic weapon, unless you want her to use the overwhelming power of a Divine Artifact against Tirion.

I may use Tier Three then if Tier Two does not make the battle carry on too long. Maybe you could use Kagenobara as a finishing attack later, without revealing to much of its ability. Like a quick flash of darkness or something.
