You know, something like this happened in the mortal combat movie. Sub-Zero was sending out waves of freezing cold, so Liu Kang threw a bucketfull of water at him. It froze into a javelin and hit his square in the chest.

After talking with WHOEVER the heck she talked to, she got word from her statue Diamond, the Northern Statue of Uburra-Namall, that some of Phi's people decided to up and invade Boquabia.

She went there to stop them...her way.
