Yes, I don't see why not. That would be an interesting Spirit.

I couldn't have create artifact as a Inherent power, it is not within the range of powers I could take as Inherent powers.

I wouldn't give me the ability to do the divine action freely, that wasn't my intention.

I've created more artifacts, both that have combat and non-combat uses.

I already have Heroes.......that is a Divine Action already.

So we could never have a domain for Terrain or Weather?

Whether or not it can be an Inherent Action is beside the point. No one should be able to get any Divine Action as a Domain. It's not right and it doesn't truly fit with game balance.

@Dryad / Zale: I couldn't abuse a domain though, its not like all artifacts are suddenly going to stop working except mind. That just wouldn't happen.

@Jester: I can't take it as an Inherent power so I couldn't reduce cost.

Actually, Phi has the most gods, but I have the most Artifacts and Divine Artifacts. I have, if I recall correctly, a total of 17-18 altogether.
