You probably missed me saying this when Emere's fight was going on.

At the moment, I'm putting the power levels of my heroes in different tiers. Rhogar has 3 tiers, the first being named Swordmage.

Just means that I'll say what tier he is on, and if he goes up a tier due to the battle he will have more abilities.

Go to a spot where you are worshipped. Spectropolis shouuld count for everyone since we all have temples there based on what Vault posted in the story thread as I recall.
