The grayish, blackish, dismal, god-forsaken heap of material unhappiness and woe, down there, near the bottom, surrounded by those little, bitty mini-islands?

I concur. Though, not too many...otherwise, the water supply to the world is unbalanced. If the world is 50 % water, we may need an even BIGGER map, to keep water at 75%.

I think the map is good as is, we don't want to clutter it up and it works perfectly at the moment.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

I like the itty bitty green island that's somehow untouched by the charred hellscape just to it's east.

Hey Phi, Wulf, maybe that's where the Fireflys and Veela who got away live?

 Most likely, yes.

Which means we'll all be free to narrate from those races if we like.

Though, since it's being kept as canon, it seems only logical to me to complete the Beta, at some point in time. It doesn't have to be now, or even some time soon, but in the future, it must be done. There must be some knowledge within the story as to what happened to those gods, and why those islands turned out the way they did.

Even if it comes in the form of numerous mentions of the story in the past tense. It must be known in the story that 'Demigods tried; Demigods failed; Demigods faced amazing wrath; these are the only remnants of their failed attempt, and that amazing wrath; oh, and by the way, whatever happened to Cothal and the gang?"

Hey, anyone know where that big post I made on heroes and how they interact with things went?

You'll need to recall a distinct sentence from that explanation, otherwise, you'll need to go through this and the previous thread.

 Sorry.

I'll try to help you look, but...kinda looks like you're in for a search. A big, long one.

EDIT: Oh, wait...I think it's actually probably somewhere back in OOC 14. Maybe.

No, more recent than that.

The one where I say Heroes get eight ranks, and then define Lesser and Greater Mythos.

Found it!

This is rushed and will need to be tested.

Servitors, Lesser Mythos, Heroes, Greater Mythos.

Servitors still gain a single stat point, but it's now more relevant since they can use it to substitute like greater gods.

They have 4 skill points, and  may not have a skill above two.

Heroes

Heroes gain skill points based on their power upon becoming a hero.

Mortals gain eight skill points, any may have no skill above 2. Mortal Heroes typically live longer than a normal member of their species, and may, at the hero-ifi-ing god's grumption, be freed from any sort of racial weakness. I.E Heroic Vampire who can walk in the sunlight.

Lesser Mythos gain two skill points.

Servitors are freed from their flaw and gain two additional skill points.

Lesser Mythos

Weaker and more common.

They gain six skill points and may have no skill above 3.

Greater Mythos

Bigger, Scarier and less common.

They gain ten skill points, and may have no skill above 3.

All ranks of gods get an additional 2 skill points.

I see. Around the time of the thread devised to test those rules.

I should have figured.

So, tell me, Zale, with those available, how much longer do you think it'll take?

If you need help, let me know, so I can see what I can do to be of assistance.
