Well, if approved, they would only just be arriving, and previous to the war, would not be known to exist at all. They would have no knowledge of the war other than what they hear. The only exception would be perhaps Ellunaeda, who might perceive the occasional glance into her domain's (the Moon's) past.

Was Grace actually taking any souls? I thought one of the important aspects of recent events was that the Monster King was taking the excess souls that no one was picking up to fuel his acts.
Either way, Zaya has taken over the acquisition of dead souls. The only way to grab them now is if you have an afterlife for only a specific set of people (Such as Heroes for me) and the souls fit the criteria.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

Okay. So, since the narration will be a summary, and not a full-on narration, then I'm saying ahead of time, the ones who meet her specifications and who accept her, that's who will be collected up.

Yeah, I don't think I ever saw Grace acting as a Psychopomp or as a Hades style jailer.

Right. Which is why I set the Plane of Love and Life and the Plane of Creativity aside for the lovers, artists and thinkers of the world.

Oh, I should probably also go fishing for the reasonable like I did with Zaya.
Man, I am glad I can just skip past the Babysitter freaking out.

No one reads my posts in the thread.
Except Phi, it seems.

Honestly, Zaya decided Grace was doing an awful job at keeping souls safe, which is one of the duties of a psychopomp.
So she muscled over. Left overs go more or less to the Garden she made now. Exceptions for those that are already claimed by a god. Grace, of course, gets a nice first pick for being the deity of death.

Anyway, at least.. oh god, at least a third of the mortals of the world are dead now.
Many more will die in the next few days, those too wounded in mind or body for the cloud to heal them. Right now, Mina's land is probably a blooming superpower. Few, if any, of her people died in this event. Most of her gods managed to prevent much from happening. There will probably be a flood of refuges. Paean may take over on the Five Isles. Or may not. It may have to many memories.

I was actually hoping nobody else would notice, since nobody called you out on your half-Hocus-Pocus-pseudo-spell-thingamabob. I really did want the artists and thinkers and creative folks to come to my afterlife. It was intended as a place of generation AND return.
*sigh* But it's fine, I suppose. No use crying over spilled milk. Or, um, blood.

You still get them, unless they don't want to go.
Zaya's Garden is for people who have no where else to go, or nowhere they want to be. Those who the Fair Goddess claimed would still go to her. They are not placeless.

Actually no, he didn't get the souls of people who had already died, he snatched them up right from living beings through the dream world, not sure why people misread it.

Because we often find a difficultly clarifying what you are doing.

All part of the plan.
But in all seriousness it shouldn't have been that hard to clarify it considering that the entire operation took place in the realm of dreams and spirits. I'll have to look back on my posts, but I thought I made the capture method pretty clear. As for what grace does, I asked, apparently she sends out her graceourums, they remove the souls at death and then transports them to a place where they await redistribution. If they didn't do that they'd just remain trapped within their bones. |

True, I hadn't thought of that. Mina's lands are the liveliest right now, most likely. What should I name her lands though? I really want to name them Yamato......

There's no one there stopping you, but a few of the other gods might object.
