So the Watchman was rebuilt using Zaya's Spirit? Does this mean he is going to develop some Domain related to hers now?
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

A falling star, swept from the heavens by the dragon's shriek.

Pantheo has given up defense at this point, and isn't going to give up until he has this dragon's head for a trophy.

Perchance you've read The Hero and The Crown?

Watchman is trying to keep Waverider from being consumed alive, isn't he?

That's not Waverider, that's the Undine Queen I accidentally helped smack across a beach.

This is going to be kind of awkward.

So...yeah...Apparently, Gilgamesh is this pantheon's Zeus.

Which is sort of a shame, on the part of gods not powerful enough to contribute as much.

Still...it does make for some epic narrating, no?

Wonder how later generations will look back on this, after our little pseudo-theomachy is over.

Gilgamesh hasn't bedded nearly enough mortal women to be compared to Zeus.

Give Zaya some time to plot.

All it'll take is for her to plant the idea of Crav and Umbra-Nammal to create a bunch of really pretty golems and give them the gift of life..

Then make a little temptation here and a bit of a push there..

An Gil'lll be far to distracted to do much of anything.

Oh, I KNOW that! Boy, do I know that! Hehehe, you're talking to the Penultimate, trust me, I KNOW that!

I just mean as far as his divine power.

And whereas Gilgamesh is Zeus, Uburra-Namall is easily Aphrodite, and Crav a great parallel for Hephaestus.

Zaya, I would say, Hecate.
