Astral Tether:

Is able to fuse a section of a Plane with a section of Reality similar to a high level alter terrain. In order to do this it must be fed Divine Energy in the form of an Artifact (6 motes). The Divine Energy is converted into a charge that is used to bring in the plane. Multiple charges can be used to bring in more sections of a plane, but each charge only counts towards one plane. Example: having two charges for Plane A and one charge for Plane B. The fusing of the realities does not bring along special rules of the Plane it is used on.

Let me formally introduce Pitching into the lore of our world. Like everything I do that not for spying, it's an attempt to bring something to the masses. In this case, magic. Requiring virtually no training and being so mana cheap that even one with the lowest amounts of magic potential can use it, it's the working citizens magic.

Pitching is like alchemy from Secret of Evermore. You need a material component, like a tooth or a rock, that you can energize by touching it's sliver of divinity with your own. This can produce a variety of effects, based on the person and the item (Or a combination of items).

The drawback for this type of magic is that the effect you produce in an object is the same for you every time. If the effect of pitching an apple is that it explodes, you can't heal with it.
