"Not Hardsie, getsing lost in a Plainsie. Speciallies one likes Mars. But's they's just has to tracks back overs the areas theys cleared of fallin Leavisies." Mar said, watching the small acorn. Even now, a pulse of power beat in it. A pregnancy born of gods breath. This would work. She pocketed the token, and stood.
"Yous wants to gets to the lootin, dancey god, so's be it. Calls your girls backs and Mar'll sees em' across the deep blues sea." (6)

Dash nodded, and imagined the rustling of leaves, before sticking her head into Mar's tree, "HEY! You, with the face! Which one are you?" "Ravijojla, ma'am!" came the cheerful reply. "Yeah, whatever-yer-name! Go in there and bring out your sisters, stat! Auntie Mar's gonna send you cross the water to go beat some folks up!" Dash put her hands on her hips, and raised her voice a bit, "And be quick about it, Miss Thing! Don't make me come in there! Hard as it might be for somebody like me, I CAN get ugly!" She pulled her head out, and began playing with a ball of domainless divine light in her hand. The sound of Veela footsteps pounding forward from within the tree, made her smile.

As the Veela poured forth through the tree from Eternal Autumn, Mar scanned the forest, lingering on the oaks she had transfigured from the natural plant life. As the footsteps slowly ceased and they stood in gaggles in the warmer air of the island, Mar bounced over to two of the largest, most gnarly branched trees. Large green things with many branches.
She brought her staff down on one, then the other, with mighty cracks that echoed through the forest. The already large trees doubled in size, one knocking down the tree beside it with it's elongating branches. "Everybodies up." Said Mar, inclining her head toward the towering things. (7)

Po stares off in the distance as he observed the world from the multiple visions his Fireflies offered him. He raises his finger and circles it through the air. Several Fireflies move from their perch within the leaves and land on Po's hand before flying out to join their kin across the water upon receiving direction. With the first territory taken care of, Po's fireflies could spread out further into the land and scout out more settlements.
Moving off from the group, Po moves over to one of Mar's trees and places his hand against it. A pane of light opens up and Po crosses over into the Plane of Flittering Lights once again. The Plane Fireflies had been busy establishing their homes. Settlements crafted from strands of glowing light and settled upon islands of golden dust floated through the Plane. The sight could of blinded and pained any creature unaccustomed to the sight, but to Po and his Fireflies, this realm of light was more pleasant that shadows of the physical world. The settlements floated around a sun of condensed light, at the center of which, Po's Divine Artifact cooked. Fe, Po's firstborn hero of the Plane Fireflies, watched over the Divine Artifact as it went through its formation process. Her work was done for the moment though, and Po called her to rest upon his shoulder. Approaching the sun, Po quickly clasped his gloves together and pulled out the base for his Divine Artifact. A chunk of Amber, compressed and cooked from his Planes lights. One more component would be needed to draw power from this Divine Artifact, but its price would delay its creation. Together, Po, Fe, and the Chunk of Amber cross back over into the physical world. (-4 motes, Second Miracle for Divine Artifact Creation, 2 remaining, next gain Monday)

"We are not making enough progress hiding out here on this small island" Po states "Soon enough our creations will not have room to thrive. We must take the mainland if we are to have a stable home." A soft ping emits from Po's face and two small clusters of Fireflies gather around him. One composed of World Fireflies and the other of Plane Fireflies. Dash inspected the great trees for a second, and then turned back to her Veelas. Putting both hands on her hips, cocking her head to the side and looking her girls over with a tinge of sass colored across her face, the demi-goddess replied, "You heard her, lazybones! Up into those big trees, on the double! Time I count to three, I don't want one single Veela foot still on the ground! One--!"
The girls gasped collectively, and then took off at once. Their voices clamoring over one another, the Veelas rushed, ran, vaulted, cartwheeled, all up into the trees, in what could only be described as eerie unison. "She was talking about you when she said lazybones, ya know." "Nuh-uh!" "Shut up!" "Hurry!" "She's almost on two!" The rustle of leaves, the giggle of nubile maidens among the branches, and sure enough, not a single Veela foot touched the ground, in mere seconds. Dash looked up to her girls among the trees, and chuckled. "Two, three. Good." Tossing back fiery hair, she looked over to Mar, "Now, Mar, I guess we're good? Cause, uh, if so, I got a plan. I think it could work, but it kinda means I'm on my own a while, yeah?"

Mar leaps up into one of the trees, grinning down at Dash. "Do's whatevers yous thinks is best, dancy godsie. But be carefuls. Being dangerouse, Mar thinks, to wanders the Cavesie gods domains alone." She slyly glances over at Tel. "Ripsie god!" she declares. "We's don'ts not even knowsie where more Biggun men be. Not needins to destroys mores yet. Goes with the Dancy god. Ifs any divinsie thing shows up to see whats up? Krump 'em."
So said, Mar takes her fingers and stabs the directly into the oak tree before leaping to the other one. As she repeats the process, the previous trees roots writhe, twist, and rip their way up from the ground. Like some sort of octopus, he roots drag the tree toward the ocean. Soon, both trees full of Veela are pushing their way through the ocean waves toward the main island, rocking back and forth gently, it's high branches untouched by the waves. "Now's, when wes gets over to thats biggun village, Mar wants dancy girls to grabs everythings. Toolsies, housies, furniture, bodies, everythings. Throws the stuffs into the treesie, into Eternal Autumn. Gots to makes it looks like village was never there. Anythings you like, you can havesie. Mar'll takes care of everythings else." The two three schlup their way onto the beach and over the field, ploping down right into the middle of the ruined village and setting their roots deep into the ground. Mar hops off. "And be quicksie. Knows tellings whats could comes upon us." (8)

"Right now, silly!" Giggled the dancing goddess. And before Tel could utter another word, she did a slow twirl on her big toe, before cartwheeling off into the direction of the village she had seen on her descent to the world. If she wasn't mistaken, it lay somewhere to the north.
And as their goddess hurried off into the distance, the Veelas hopped down from the trees, to get to work with dear ol' auntie Mar, disposing of the fallen Durk town.

Mar nodded as the town was horded up, through the oaken portals to her plane. Then, she bounded off through the air toward the nearby forest and alighted on a tree toward the edge of it. Cracking her long, gnarled fingers, she swept her staff back and forth, as if sweeping.
(Create Life) With each stroke, trees of every species began springing from the ground. Native trees, at that, interspersed with Mars own Oak. With each stroke the trees grew bigger and bigger, and by the time Mar was done the treeline had been extended as a whole, toward the village. She leapt through thee these, like a monkey, until she reached the new treeline. She repeated the process, sweeping as if to uncover the plants out of the earth. *OOC* Visual example of what Mar is doing: She'll do it until it covers up where the village used to be, after the Veela are done getting rid of the evidence. Po scouted west, traveling through the forests of the island with two small clouds of dimmed Fireflies following him. Traveling until he had almost reached the far shore, Po finally caught sight of signs of civilization with his superior senses. He signals for his follows to disappear into the trees and begins to approach the outer edges of the settlement. Po could perceive further than any mortal race was capable, letting him skirt around the edges of the civilization, just outside the range where he could be seen, while he searched for a suitable target. It did not take long for a target to appear. A farmer from the village traveling out alone to the north. Po rapidly approaches and abducts the mortal from behind, using his large gloves to cover the mortal's face. Causing his gloves to glow gently with Divine Power, Po whispers to the mortal. "Be good for me and spread this on to your village as you tell them of this strange dream you've had." With a quick stream of Divine Energy, Po knocks the mortal out and leaves him laying on the side of the road. Returning to the forest, Po orders his heroes to spy on this village as they did at the last. Ri, Fe, and Po's avatar sneak towards the village while the rest of Po's Fireflies make camp within the forest, waiting for the time when they would be needed. Later, the mortal awakens. A rapid blinking of his eyes is the only sign that he carries with him more than just a tale as he returns to the village instead of carrying on with his journey. And as the Veelas worked to dispose of the last Durk village, the dancing demi-goddess who led them was off through the wilds, through the trees, to the next Durk village. Looking back behind her every few minutes, Dash finds herself vaguely impressed. Even devoid of physical grace, Tel managed to not be totally left behind, as he followed her through the wilds. That speed would certainly come in handy if things didn't go as expected. Though, of course, there was little use in considering the possibility of failure too much. It was much easier, and much more useful to simply visualize the outcome she wanted, and let it flow from her. So as she noticed that she had reached the very edge of the village, she skidded to a halt in the dirt, and turned on a dime to face Tel. He reached her, and she pulled him close, whispering in his ear, "Look, I need you to stay here for now. Don't make any noise, and if anybody shows up here, do your best to keep from being noticed. Um...I guess that could mean turn invisible if anybody comes into the woods looking, but if you gotta, you can beat 'em up; just do it quietly. Kay?" Before Tel could answer, though, Dash was already pirouetting off into the village of the Durks. Their crudeness and primitive lack of social decorum was just perfect; that made it all the more likely that her performance would dazzle them into doting submission.

Dash stopped just a moment to observe the Durks as they went about their business. For good reason, the work of mortals had never before caught her attention. They labored on dull, crusty shelter, worked to pull dirt-encrusted veggies from the ground, held squealing babies, yanked at udders of fat animals. The dancing demi-goddess shivered, pulling a wry face at even the thought of being in their positions. Still, she had to start her scheme somewhere, and so prime pickings to set the stage would definitely be the key.
No, not there... Not there, either... No...no...no, not--ah! Yes! There! Dash's eyes flashed mischief, and she gave a toothy grin. This would be too easy...she almost felt bad. Almost. Though, now was no time for second thoughts. The Durks awaited, and indeed, she could hardly contain her excitement any longer. When the dance came over her, she simply had to obey. And so, with a last sigh of eager hopefulness, she put her right hand on her hip and arced her left arm over her head with expert finesse. Gently, the dancing demi-goddess pirouetted across dull, black dirt, past brutish murmurs of confusion, faces vacant with half-hostility, half-admiration. Further, further through the village went the divine dancer, looking about, ever-subtle, to see just how many eyes she was catching. Indeed, those working were leaving work to watch; those playing set down their playthings. Stupid grunts of awe arose from indistinct places, wondering gazes, too impolite or too dumb to utter a word of salutation. Though, it was all the same to Dash. She had reached the point where she would introduce herself. The town center lay wide and clear, and the Durks all stood gobsmacked, awe-struck and waiting. She stopped on a dime, on impossible tiptoe, supported only by her right big toe; with great flourish, her hands flew up, startling the ignorant for a second. A murmur built among them, and she realized immediately that she might not hold their attention for very long. The show would have to begin, and quick. "Greetings, mortals!" the goddess gave a sharp cry, "I am so glad to meet you all! It's been a long time coming, but my Master finally gave his word, so let me introduce myself! I...am your Goddess of Rushing Winds, daughter of the great God of Caves, Cothal. Behold...I am DASHA, THE MIGHTY!"
