yeah, it'a a shame really, honestly I would have just magnetized the stairs or created a reverse gravity field, it's a bit easier than atomically altering a Slinky

That's a different person, not the Scarlet.(Squirrel girl)

OZ locked her out. It's a supercomputer/AI that the Think Tank was supposed to be monitoring in order to make sure the A.I didn't go all homicidal.. Which it did..

It takes 470~ pages to get to that part of the story.

Basically, this company made a super genius artificial intelligence called OZ. Then they made the Think Tank (The squirrel girls) to monitor it and make sure OZ didn't go all homicidal.

Then OZ tried to get rid of one of them, failed, and tried to recapture her in order to get rid of all of them. The person locked up is someone who was accidentally caught.
