Yes, I made a sighing smiley/emote/emoticon. Stress, distress, anxiety, annoyance, embarrassment, irritation all describe it fairly well. Basically -_- in smiley form.

More expression available means better conveyed emotion. Sometimes, words simply don't describe your feelings adequately.
