Why would you have Astral Trapping if all you had was Quantakinesis and the other lich powers? Also, these liches are slightly different; if their phylactery is destroyed, their soul returns to their body, enabling them to make another phylactery as long as they themselves live long enough.

Oh, right...sorry, I wasn't really thinking. Using Quantakinesis, I'd replicate the phylactery, and bury the lich in an avalanche of copies. The avalanche would make his misplace his original. Then as I see that the bony old creep has been inundated with the huge pile of false phylacteries, I'd dissipate the fakes, leaving only the real ones. Hopefully the real one is far enough away from the lich for me to make a grab for it...

OR...

I could just develop my powers so that I could use Quantakinesis to multiply his phylactery by 0, thus getting rid of it.

Oh...well, If I'M the lich, I'd use Quantakinesis to replicate the phylactery about 1000 times, thus rendering me immortal until ALL 1000 are destroyed...

Well, I'd use the most rediculous defense system I could think of; I might even imbue you phylactery with a protective power in return for you replicating the "sub rings" which grant my "one ring" the power over my servants. Otherwise, I'd be spending all my time making more sub rings!

There the closest thing to omnipotence that you could ever reach, and with them you could conquer the whole of time and reality and begin a conquest across the dimensions, or become god's chore boy. Whichever one comes first.
