Concidering that the fight between me and everblade has lasted several days, this thread is here so we can still discuss the game itself, as well as comment on the current battle.

maybe I can make the scientist character later, and have hi fight her.

Is it okay to have a athlon like series of events as in a game battle where they can use their abilities to cheat and work on mundane tasks.

Ie. teleporting cards, hiding hidden cards, trick shuffling, short circuiting electronics, etc.

Or a series of trials similar to the labors of Hercules where you have to creatively use your powers to get past or stop others from getting past.

Example: 9 tasks battle

1. Clean a house.
2. Win at poker
3. Swimming competition
4. Video Game---both players decide on a genre like shooter, fighter, etc
5. Archery
6. Winner's Choice
7. Loser's Choice
8. Winner's Choice
9. Battlefield---ie a real battle

We could then vote who had the most creative use of powers for each event giving power limitations etc.
Also each player can try to sabotage 1 or 2 of the other players rounds.

Whoever wins the majority of the events wins.

Anyone up for this kind of battle.

sounds like a good idea, we've already had a race. It would also provide a way for other characters to beat monster's like Juvient and Kaen.

So far from my fight with Everblade I've learned three things.

1. We need to form an out of ring rule, so that other fights won't desolve into a giant fight in outerspace like this one.

2. Both myself and everblade need to scale down the abilities of our characters if we ever want to fight a fair fight.

3. We may ned a time limit of sorts.

I know, I wanted to go up against bob in a carnival games type challenge with the jester's envoy...

ah screw it, I'm going to abandon all of my ethics and simply destroy Juvients soul while imprisioning the everblade inside of a pocket dimension. I don't care if it summons every other being it's infected, or if it tries to infect Kaen, that is if everblade ever posts his turn...

ehm...yeah no, I'm not fighting Jester if he's at full blown power. Cartoon Physics only barely fits in the same bracket as Reality Bending. Especially at your level of adept usage. I'll pass...

I was going to use a less powerful version that could only use three abilities, from the beggining of the new world.

1. Hand of destruction

2. Hand of creation

3. Instant upgrade.

Oh, well THAT'S a relief (he said sarcastically...)

He's still a reality bender...as opposed to Bob's cartoon physics.

Now, if you were going against, say, the Penultimate, then I wouldn't shy away...

               At that point he's not really that much of a reality bender, and has pretty much only mastered the ability to break a few of the laws of physics. Hands of destruction and creation are based on breaking the law of "conservation of matter."  And it's carnival games, why wouldn't it be a fair fight. For all I know Bob could pull a gigaton laser out of hammerspace and use it to knock down the wooden ducks.
