Other- No one has really seen this person and he keeps it that way and only communicates with a blurred face and/or voice changer electronically. His lines are completely secure and no one really wants to try to get on his bad side, sometimes he communicates with printed notes, he often has planes rain them down to give people orders/advice

Likes- Blurring his face on video screens, voice changers---he has used almost every type of voice, sending anonymous messages, Security

Personality-Paranoid and cautious, Killjack's primary goal is to keep himself alive so that he can enjoy his profession with ease. He loves to play around with people psychologically and will often "take jobs" so that he can play around with people. In other words he is a psychopathic information broker. He doesn't hesitate to ask for "favors" from people when he feels like it. Also he "cheats" for his number of kills and usually takes all the targets that die from old age on the day of his prediction.


Backstory: Killjack or whatever his real name is, is the world's best assassin even above phenomena like Ghost for 2 reasons. 1, No one has been able to find him so it would not be easy to kill him, and 2 he knows how to kill everyone else. He rarely works in the field and usually sells people the information on how to kill someone of course he also threatens to sell information to the other party if he doesn't believe the price is high enough and then again he might turn his back on you and sell to the opposing party anyway. He doesn't really care if his plans succeed or not save the effect it has on his reputation. If the plan failed it was their fault for not executing it perfectly. He also contacts former clients to ask them for favors and usually they oblige knowing fully well that if they don't the next day some no-rank assassin will be able to kill them the next day or if not the next day someday eventually.

M.O.---He will take all posted jobs that are easy---die of old age....etc. He will also contact people periodically to get money. No one hires him unless they really want someone dead and are rich enough to pay his fees. Though sometimes he will give freebies if it so happens that the person that they are killing needs to be eliminated because he feels that they will be a future threat to him.

Knowledge- How to Kill Anyone, How to use Fear

Skills- Secrecy, using secure systems, use of voice changer and face blurring technology at an advanced level, negotiating with people, psychological warfare--he knows how to kill you after all which is a very powerful psychological advantage, arranging for anonymous air packages, managing many pseudonyms and bank accounts---possibly the best hacker in the world in terms of moving things around securely and defensive hacking.

Power- Death Perception(A sort of prerecognition that shows parallel worlds and tells how to kill someone within the next 24 hours)

Limitations:

1. He must have seen a picture of the person's face to do it and it must have all the person's features on it or else it won't work---if a person wears a mask he is immune to the power but once he takes off his mask and a picture is taken then even wearing a mask wont' save him
2. He can be tricked if that person has a twin --though in case 1 he could avoid by knowing the person's name
3.If a shapeshifter changed to look like the same person and the person went by the same name as the targetted as part of his disguise he can mistake that person as his target
4. If the person can not be killed in the time period it will show what day that person can be killed instead
5. Cannot see how to kill immortals-It comes up blank if he tries
   
    Sub-powers-Prerecognition--Shows the person's death in a very similar universe and if the same methods are used
    in this universe it will succeed----so far he has a 60% success rate for the person to be dead on the day of his
    prediction.)

    Sub-power-Weakness Finder-Instantly sees his targets weaknesses by learning how to kill them and who can
    kill them

    Sub-power-Death Preventer-Can see how he can possibly be killed and avoid anything dangerous to
    him; can also extend this knowledge to subordinates--This also lets him know if anyone is stalking him to kill him.
    He doesn't do business with people that intend to find where he is and thus refuses jobs that will possibly lead to
    his death
   
    Power Scale- n/a (Seeing how to kill someone does not make it instantly lethal but it is very very likely to be lethal)

Ansel Cedric--changing his face often keeps him from dying---though it would be ironic if he died because of condition 3
Basically any shapeshifter because changing their face messes with his prediction
Cookie and her sister-would probably need their names first and they are psychic so they will probably figure out what he is up to
Zombies--he can't see how to kill something that is already dead
Skull-Wears the motorcycle helmet too often

=Psychology=

Likes- a long distance relationship(not what it sounds), vanilla ice cream, rations--she likes canned food for some reason

Dislikes- Talking to people that are in front of her, Snakes, Scorpions

Phobias- Other people especially men---she is an androphobe

Personality-Elsee is a really shy person when up close and will rarely talk or discuss anything when close. However past 50 meters is another story. After 50 meters her other personality takes over--this personality loves to shout out expletives and is bitterly sarcastic.

Backstory: Archer Flegn is the world's best gunslinger but Elsee is the world's best sniper. She was a very scared little girl but she found her profession really quickly having used a rifle at an early age to defend her homeland from overlords. After the death of the people close to her she turned bitter and now refuses to associate with people. She only agree to talking at a distance away and prefers that her payment be airdropped around several locations.

M.O.---She likes a little chase so she will often contact the person to be sniped first if he doesn't believe her or runs away then she automatically pulls the trigger. If they agree to her "game" then she gives them 5 minutes to try and find where she is all the while hitting the person with gunfire.

=Skills=

Knowledge- Gun Knowledge including care, a whole dictionaries worth of expletives

Skills- Sniping, Speaking in Expletives, Scaring people over the phone, Drawing(especially maps), waiting at one place for a long time, surviving with minimal rations

Nonskills- Talking when near people--she's absolutely quiet next to men and will whisper when near women

=Powers=----an ability she was born with that can occur in normal people

Farsightedness---she was born with extreme farsightedness and had to wear contacts to supress it--she can take off her contacts to see farther if she doesn't have a scope--she claims that it is better than a scope but she rarely does it because it will leave her vulnerable at close range

Photographic Memory---Can remember anything she saw which makes it hard to forget a face and makes it hard to deal with people's deaths. She continues killing because she believes that she is a bad person already. Careerwise this lets her map locations with ease.

=Superpowers!=

Power- Remote Viewing-Basically can see things far away no matter the boundaries--uses this to spy on people---combined with her natural abilities this makes her extremely dangerous
   
    Power Scale- n/a (Seeing where someone is is not immediately lethal but if range was a factor then it would be a 8
    since she can search an entire city in less than 5 minutes)
   
    Control Scale- 7*(One of her eyes must be closed to activate usually her left eye with the eyepatch--she doesn't trust
    closing both eyes)
