Can we get some basics about how it works? (Maybe the graphics level, the speed of the story--if any-- the characters, etc)

My computer can manage it.

It appears to be one of those strategy games where you can build buildings in a city and such.

I normally avoid those like the plague. I fail at them.

Nope, none needed.

You don't need to worry about money in the same way as your do in games like SimCity though, you just need to worry about resources and the annihilation of others.
