Before she took on the title of Tyche, Eydis was going to become Queen of her country. When she reached full godhood she decided to be both. It...didn't end well. The song is for her power hungry nature and her overall witchiness. So yeah, Evil Queen Goddess is evil.

Why-

Nassa was a bit of a gold digger and had a habit of hanging around casinos. When she became Lady Luck she started hanging out with cute guys that she helped become wealthy. She was very materialistic and was the epitome of Tyche's aspect of capriciousness as she only helped 'beautiful men'.

Is this canon? Probably not! But still it's a pretty decent headcannon for the predecessors.

We decided that the previous incarnation was going way too fast in plot progression.

This one will hopefully work a bit more on world-building and character development, and not so much on action.
