Do I hear the sound of people arguing?

My ears must be deceiving me! Because I know there wouldn't be fighting in my thread.

So Zale, what was in the chest I opened. Please don't say rows of spikes or anything of the like.

Yeah, now I know you misunderstood. It was a Karate Kid reference. You know...Mr. Miyagi?

Perhaps it would have been clearer if I had said Hi-ya! instead of Ha!

Y'know you are the one of the closest things we have to a wizard, other than Jester.

So I thought you might like having scrolls, magic talismans, and spellbooks.

Don't worry, I'll gladly take them.  They'll come in handy when I acquire gift of gab.

You may have the fun of fighting Scurros for the shinies.

Dang, already about to hit the third thread and we haven't even started the actual Fantasy Roleplay.

Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

So do you want me to make up stuff to find Jester, or do you just want to find generic stuff?

I'm surprised that you would give me the liberty to make stuff up.  By the way, exactly what does the crystal bowl do.

As for what I get, what about some light armor, a new Jester's cap, some more smoke bombs, a few potions, A book of demonic spells and facts, a rat, a mid level demon effigy, and two retractable forearm mechanism blades about a foot and a half in length each so I don't have to continually use my bones as a weapon. In addition to radnom worthless trinkles and baubles, that were most likely either nicknacks of the cultists, or stolen from sacrifices.

Or is that too much?

Dude, you're a minstrel not a mage....demon spells would be useless to you.

You do know this mini-adventure is not part of the eventual roleplay's continuity, right?

Unless you guys bump into this adventuring party sometime later.

So that's fine.

They are usefull, I might not be a mage but if I was able to banish one low level, the book might shed some light on how to banish, bind, or at least slow down a high level one for long enough for us to escape.
