Hmm..

I'm considering how to work out combat situations.

For example, right now I'm planning on a sudden ambush by bandits.. Phi says his character was being alert, so I want him to notice the bandits before the rest of you.

I'm trying to consider how to give him the advantage.. Perhaps I should let his character attack first, then the bandits leap into action?

Oh, and you guys get to direct the responses and attacks of NPCs that attack you.

If you want to stab them, stab them and say they die.

Just save some for everyone, now.
