I.. honestly thought it was something I'd dreamed up. Wouldn't be the first time I thought I saw a T.V series that turned out to just be a dream.

Interesting, but no I've seen it.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

You should have an ability that causes a foe to become mad with hunger.

Big old, bipedal, grandmotherly reptile. Thought it fit the whole food and heat thing I had going on.
I guess that it would mean shes an excellent swimmer and can hold her breath for over an hour. On the downside, she takes a dexterity hit in colder climates, which I think helps balance Zen Cutting at higher levels. Now, I saw somewhere in the thread that we had to buy starting items with points. How many do we get, and is it enough to buy a chuck wagon?

You get 10 items that are less than 5g, not counting basic clothes and weapons.

Might want to use your last two for field rations.

One more thing. It's about the colder climate weakness. Could using my fire moves raise my Dex by one in a colder climate, but only for the following turn?

Hmm. Yes. That makes sense.
Though we don't really have at turn system, so I'd go for the next minute or so.

A Gourmand hunter that can't catch her own food is a Gourmand hunter that doesn't deserve to eat. That's what the net is for.
Though maybe having something to fall back on wouldn't be to bad. I could fluff it as something she caught herself.

I'm considering making a Sorceress class based off the Greek Myths..
Part Alchemist, Part Poisoner, Part Mage.. Should make for an interesting combo.
