Supernatural as in Is it magic based, ghost based, god based, spirit based, potion based.

If yes it would narrow it down to one of those fields, if know it would open up the fields of science, which leaves only genetic alteration, nanobots, machinery, or chemicals...maybe psyonics but that's should be under supernatural.

Is it the ability where they convert anything they eat into a projectile?

Do they have a super advanced liver?
