A guy walks into a country becomes the dictator in three days, and amasses all of it's money, then leaves without any even though several people walked up to him during hsi reign and threatened to kill him. However on his way out he was attacked by a wolf and died.

You guessed them all right except for the question about the wolf, and the question concerning him using his power to get the money....It's kind of an obscure power that was once mentioned on the forums., and later became a list power.
