Is it nature based, or is the whole eco-theme irrelevant? It's not entirely nature-based. The eco-theme can help discovering the power.
Does it include summoning/conjuring? Neither.
Is the sabotage important? Yes.
Is a (following) a moral code important? No.
Did the tigers turned on him naturally or due to a superpower? Naturally.
Does it have to do with something good or evil? It depends on how you use it, but the power itself is rather neutral.
Does it involve destruction, entropy, chaos? Nope.

Yes!   

Revolted by the various industries which destroy the environment, level entire forests and kill animals in excessive amounts, a man with the power of Form Reversal decided it was time to avenge Mother Nature. He reverted massive quantities of paper used and wasted by big companies back into trees, gigantic amount of homeopathic medecine, perfume and essential oil back into entire gardens of flowers and plants, enormous quantities of meat, clothes, leather, animal oil, traditional chinese medecine, etc. back into animals. He met his demise when he unknowingly reverted piles of illegal tiger fur into live tigers, which attacked him as soon as they saw him.

Alright, here goes.

Missy is a total gambling addict. She loves to risk it all, and has made a nasty habit of it. She sucks at most games of chance, but card games seem to be her strong suit. In fact, she's terribly good. Unbelievably good. So good in fact, it's almost like she's cheating. So one night, her poker-mates decide to corner and ask her and her friend just how the hell Missy's winning their money so often. She claims she's not cheating, but she totally is.

So what do you think is her secret?
