What kinds of weapons do the aliens use?

Mostly the same kind of Weapons as in District 9 (the movie) plus some of my own design. You won't encounter any until later...

Sort of both depending on the weapon.

I haven't seen it, but I have seen Battle L.A. Do they have missiles? Other explosives? Do they have poison, chemical, or biological weapons?

Do they have incendiary or electrified weapons? They do have lasers and plasma weapons, don't they? Do they have radiation weapons? What about physical weapons like knives and blunt weapons? Do they have ships designed for war, or not?
