I've been thinking...Jester you may have to go with one of your two back up abilities. The more I think about it, the less I like syringe manifestation. I'm not saying for sure that I won't let you use it, but just know that you might have to use a back up ability.

Shadowulf already explaiined that part, or at least I thought he did...I thik it's something alonng the lines of the speed of an olympic runner, the strength of a proffesional weight lifter, the aim of a proffesional sniper, etc.
