As the groups rejoined at the last heart, the Talos unit seemed to react to something.

"Detecting traces of unit A32. Total Units: Seven. Condition: Deceased. Threat Level: High."

Lining the wall of the final heart was the skeletal remains of a deceased unit.

Coming to the defense of the final heart was a series of Phantom Jellyfish that possessed and reanimated the corpses of the Fire, Electricity, Earth, Metal, Growth, Light, and Darkness soldiers.

(Note: Marv was sucker punched during the creating of this post)
