At every 5th level you get a new power and then can upgrade an old one also, this would be like getting the skill twice.

For technology thing, try focusing on one piece of technology for upgrade.

No, thats Genesis, a level 120 bishop skill on maplestory. Though given that its holy and it causes huge rays of energy to descend from the sky and kill enemies it could be called smiting. It used to be spammable. O_O
