You already have a force field though, maybe a different prismatic spell?

I guess you would have the limitation that you could not use two of the same color's effects in a row to simulate the randomness of the prismatic spells.

You could have Prismatic Spray, then you would have your Beam attack for stronger damage and then the spray for more versatility.

You might want to look at the Prismatic Bolt from 4e, I think it is similar. Don't use the one that teleports them to a different plane. The psychic one might work temporarily on weaker elementals, and just do psychic damage to colossus. The stone one could only affect the area that was hit.

 And technically, quite possible. Light particles have two motion patterns. Their motion in a cohesive state (light particles forming beams, rays, flashes, etc of light) and the motion that the collective ray, beam, etc moves in.

If you slow photons to where they produce a temp at or below freezing, and then propel them at high speed, you could effectively have a freezing blast (a light beam that flash freezes things).

Which reminds me, since I've already taken Energy Perception, Energy Absorption/Conduction, Energy Projection and Energy-Mediated Flight, I guess the only thing left now would be to vary up my energy manipulation (and after that, BECOME energy).

So, to vary up my energy manipulation, I think I'll take...Animation.

The ability to energize objects with the psionic equivalent of energy so they can act of their own accord, accompanied by the ability to direct them.

What do you guys think?
